Registration
The registration for CVM 2016 is now available at https://www.conferences.cardiff.ac.uk/cvm2016. The deadline for early-bird registration is 1 March, 2016. All fees are in British pounds.

Regular and student registration includes all technical sessions, proceedings (USB stick), lunches, coffee breaks, and banquet.
Please note accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Official Invitation Letter
If you have registered for the conference and need an invitation letter (e.g. to support your visa application to come to the UK), please contact Cardiff University Conference Services (conference@cardiff.ac.uk), providing your name, contact address, passport number, date of birth, and the paper/poster title if you are going to present. Please note that such a letter can only be sent after you have completed the registration process, including payment.
