Registration

The registration for CVM 2019 is now open Click here to access registration page. The deadline for early-bird registration is 10 March, 2019. All fees are in British pounds.

*Student ID Cards will be required on site as evidence for the reduced student fee.

Regular and student registration includes all technical sessions, proceedings (USB stick), drink reception, lunches, coffee breaks, and banquet.

Please note accommodation or travel is not included in the registration fee.

If you have not already joined Asia Graphics, then the link to do this for free before 31st December 2018 is on http://www.asiagraphics.org/membership/

You should do this before registering for the conference.

Cancellation Policy

Any booking that is cancelled before 1 April 2019 will be fully refunded. After this dates no refund will be available. Please email cvm@tsinghua.edu.cn to make a cancellation request. The organisers cannot accept liability for costs incurred in the event of the conference having to be cancelled as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Official Invitation Letter

If you have registered for the conference and need an invitation letter (e.g. to support your visa application to come to the UK), please email cvm@tsinghua.edu.cn, providing your name, contact address, passport number, date of birth, and the paper title if you are going to present. Please note that such a letter can only be sent after you have completed the registration process, including payment.
