CVM 2023 conference will be held at Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan Hotel (No.4088, Liuxian Avenue, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China).

Transportation

a. If you arrive at Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport:

• You can take a taxi to Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan Hotel. It takes about 42 minutes and costs about 80 CNY (≈ 11.6 USD).
• You can also take the Shenzhen Subway: Take subway Line 11 at the Airport Station, transfer to Line 5 at Qianhaiwan Station, get off at University Town Station (Exit C), walk 914 meters and arrive at the destination. It takes about 1 hour and costs about 7 CNY (≈ 1.0 USD).

b. If you arrive at Shenzhen North Railway Station:

• You can take a taxi to Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan Hotel. It takes about 17 minutes and costs about 22 CNY (≈ 3.2 USD).
• You can also take the Shenzhen Subway: Take subway Line 5 at the Shenzhen North Station, get off at University Town Station (Exit C), walk 914 meters and arrive at the destination. It takes about 27 minutes and costs about 3 CNY (≈ 0.4 USD).

c. If you arrive at Hongkong Airport:

• You can take ferry from Hong Kong Airport to Shekou Port, then take a taxi to Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan Hotel. It takes about 80 minutes and costs about 355 CNY (≈51.6 USD).
• You can take ferry from Hong Kong Airport to Shekou Port, then take subway Line 8 at Shekou Port Station, transfer to Line 5 at Chiwan Station, get off at University Town Station (Exit C), walk 914 meters and arrive at the destination. It takes about 88 minutes and costs about 286 CNY (≈ 41.6 USD).

Accommodation

Delegates are responsible for making their own hotel bookings.

The conference venue is at Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan Hotel. The agreement price is 1000 CNY for a luxury room with one breakfast, and 1100 CNY for a double-bed room with double breakfast. You can contact Ms. Wang (+86 153 3883 3072) to book rooms as attendees of CVM 2023.

In addition to above recommended Sheraton Hotel, delegates can also book other hotels as they will.
