Registration for CVM 2025 is now open. We offer a special early-bird price for the registration completed before (including) 23:59 UTC+8, 15 March, 2025. We also offer discounts for active AsiaGraphics/CCF/CSIAM members or students.

The registration form contains a payment link. After the successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation email containing the receipt number (starting with #, e.g., #1234-5678), which is required to complete your registration process. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
You'll also need to provide additional details, such as your AG/CCF/CSIAM membership ID (if applicable), student ID card image (if applicable), and paper ID and title (if presenting).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are required to be made up to 1 month (on/before 18 March 2025) in advance. Otherwise, no refund will be issued. A processing fee (300HKD) applies for all approved refunds.
FAQ
Q1: Can I get an invoice with specific information for reimbursement?
We provide a payment receipt that can be used for reimbursement purposes. Please note that we are unable to provide the type of formal invoice typically issued in mainland China.
Q2: Can I submit a pre-recorded video for my presentation?
Pre-recorded video presentations are not permitted. You may arrange for another conference attendee to present on your behalf, but Full registration for your paper is still required.
Q3: If only student authors attend the conference, can we register with Student registration?
At least one Full registration is required for each accepted paper. Even if only student authors attend the conference, one Full registration is still mandatory.
Q4: How can I obtain an invitation letter?
Please email us (huiyehy@outlook.com) your name, institution information, and any specific requirements you need to be included in the letter. We will provide you with an invitation letter accordingly.
Q5: When will the proceedings (poster papers) be available?
The proceedings is expected to be available around the conference days.
