Registration Fees & Payment

The registration for CVM 2022 is now open. You will enjoy a discount by completing the registration before (including) 23rd March, 2022. We also offer a 20% discount for CCF/AsiaGraphics/CSIAM members.

Notice:

• Both regular and student registration can access to all sessions.
• Student ID Cards will be required on site as evidence for the reduced student fee.
• Please comment "CVM 2022+Your Name+PaperID" when paying the registration fee.
• Notice that every accepted paper must have at least one regular registration, otherwise the paper will be removed from the conference proceedings and corresponding journals.
• Accommodation or travel is not included in the registration fee.

 

Payment

You can choose either of the following ways to complete the payment:

• 电子支付 / E-payment: pay your registration fee with WeChat or Alipay App.
• 人民币汇款 / RMB Transfer: pay your regisration fee with bank transfer.
• 外币汇款 / Foreign Currency Transfer: pay your regisration fee with bank transfer.
• 现场付费 / On-site registration: pay your registration fee with cash, UnionPay bank card, Wechat or Alipay, during the conference.

The E-payment is preferred. If you choose to pay the registration fee by Bank Transfer, please send the scanned version of transfer voucher to cvm@tsinghua.edu.cn.

If you choose the E-payment, the electronic invoice will be sent to the email you provided, otherwise, we will provide the printed invoice during the conference.

Please accomplish the registration and payment at registration and for CVM 2022.

 

Cancellation Policy

Any booking that is cancelled before (including) 23rd March 2022 will be fully refunded. After this date no refund will be available. Please email cvm@tsinghua.edu.cn to make a cancellation request. The organisers cannot accept liability for costs incurred in the event of the conference having to be cancelled as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

 

Official Invitation Letter

If you have registered for the conference and need an invitation letter (e.g. to support your visa application to come to the China), please email cvm@tsinghua.edu.cn, providing your name, contact address, passport number, date of birth, and the paper title if you are going to present. Please note that such a letter can only be sent after you have completed the registration process, including payment.

 

Presentation

All accepted papers will be invited to make a presentation at the conference.

• A 15-minute oral presentation, including the Q&A, is required for each full paper.
• A 4-minute fast forward video (1280*720, in mp4 format, less than 100M) and a printed poster(cvm2022_poster_template_template.pptx) are required for each poster paper.
• Please send the video and poster to: cvm@tsinghua.edu.cn, before 23:59, March 25, and we will help to print the poster.
