Conference Venue

CVM 2024 will be held at TTRLT1 & Foyer, Lecture Theatre of Te Toki a Rata Building, Gate 7, Kelburn Parade, Victoria University of Wellington, Kelburn, Wellington.

Victoria University of Wellington is located in the heart of Wellington, New Zealand's capital city. The conference banquet is scheduled at 18:00 - 20:00, April 11, and located at Harbourside Function Venue, 4 Taranaki Street, Te Aro, Wellington 6011. We suggest walking there after the Poster Session 2.

1. Invitation Letter Instructions

To attend CVM2024 in New Zealand, you may be required to apply for a visa (please refer to the immigration requirements below). Please complete the Delegate Information form and send email it to cvm@tsinghua.edu.cn. Upon receiving your form, we will issue an invitation letter to you to support your visa application.

2. New Zealand's Immigration Requirements

Note: Citizens of some countries (e.g. US, UK, Japan) do not have to apply for a visa before they travel to New Zealand but must hold an NZeTA (New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority).
