Registration Fees & Payment

We offer a special Early-Bird price for the registration completed before (including) 6:59 PM UTC+8, March 1, 2024. We also offer discounts for active AsiaGraphics/CCF/CSIAM members or students.

A. Important notes

Every accepted journal paper and poster paper must have at least one Full registration; otherwise, the paper will be removed from the conference proceedings and corresponding journals.

Both Full and Student registration can access to all sessions.

Accommodation or travel is not included in the registration fee.

B. Instructions for registration

Please click the following link to create and complete your registration:

1. Click "Create Booking" at the bottom of the page.

2. According to whether you are an AsiaGraphics member or not, please choose from "Registration - AsiaGraphics Member" or "Registration - Non-AsiaGraphics Member". You will see the information form to fill and the registration options at the bottom.

3. Fill in the information of the attendee.
   -Please remember to input your AsiaGraphics member ID and paper ID if you are a paper presenter.

4. Add the correct type of registration into your cart.
   -Note that you need to select Quantity as 1. If you want to register for another attendee, please create a new separate registration using the registration link above.

5. Click "Process Payment". You can see different payment options. We support VISA/Mastercard and UnionPay (银联) card payment methods.
   -Note that a small amount of surcharge may incur for some cards.
   -Please ensure your email address to receive your receipt is correct.

Official Invitation Letter

If you have registered for the conference and need an invitation letter (e.g., to support your visa application to come to New Zealand), please fill in the Delegate Information form and send it to cvm@tsinghua.edu.cn, providing your name, attendance type, nationality, passport number, date of birth, travel plan, and the paper title if you are going to present. Please note that such a letter can only be sent after you have completed the registration process, including payment.
