The registration for CVM 2021 is now open. You will enjoy a discount by completing the registration before (including) 10 April, 2021. We also offer a 20% discount for CCF/AsiaGraphics/CSIAM members.

Notice:
- Regular and student registration includes all technical sessions, proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, and banquet.
- Student ID Cards will be required on site as evidence for the reduced student fee.
- For CVM 2021 registration, please download and fill out the Registration Form in English or in Chinese and email to irc_cs_sdu@163.com .
- Please note "2021CVM+paper ID and/or Your name" when transferring the registration fee, and send the scanned version of transfer voucher to irc_cs_sdu@163.com.
- For on-site registration, please pay your registration fee with cash, UnionPay bank card or WeChat.
- Notice that every accepted paper must have one regular registration.
- Accommodation or travel is not included in the registration fee.

Cancellation Policy
Any booking that is cancelled before (including) 10 April 2021 will be fully refunded. After this date no refund will be available. Please email irc_cs_sdu@163.com to make a cancellation request. The organisers cannot accept liability for costs incurred in the event of the conference having to be cancelled as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Official Invitation Letter
If you have registered for the conference and need an invitation letter (e.g. to support your visa application to come to the China), please email irc_cs_sdu@163.com, providing your name, contact address, passport number, date of birth, and the paper title if you are going to present. Please note that such a letter can only be sent after you have completed the registration process, including payment.
